In the unfortunate event that you need to submit a claim for insurers consideration, please contact us as soon as possible, as any delay could invalidate or prejudice your position.

We will provide advice and guidance on how to present a claim to insurers along with details of the information required and actions you will need to take.

As part of our service proposition we will, where required, on your behalf, liaise with insurers, loss adjusters and other parties involved in your claim, to ensure efficient and timely responses.

In some instances, where immediate action is required outside of our standard office hours, you may find a 24 hour Emergency Claims Helpline in your insurer documentation. If you do choose to notify insurers by this method, please also contact us when our office re-opens so we can then liaise with insurers to progress your claim on your behalf.
