Whilst the core fundamental principles of Insurance remain largely unaltered since the inception of W B Baxter Ltd, the way in how we conduct business has changed immensely.

In the world of insurance, the written word is essential. This coupled with increased regulation, with the aim of protecting customers, results in an ever-expanding array of paperwork we have to pass onto our clients. Insurance companies are now providing electronic copies of policy documentation, and we too are increasingly sending copies electronically. Before writing or sending out any documents to clients in the post we offer the opportunity of conducting business by email, helping to reduce our carbon footprint and to also help make sure your queries are dealt with in an efficient manner.

Additionally, we aim to attend client and insurer meetings by public transport, rather than car.

We proactively look for opportunities to support charities, whether it is in the form of donations or our staff participating in events.
